Energy Saving Advice & Grant Funding
As part of our Energy Efficiency Commitment (EEC) we are investing millions of pounds to support energy efficiency schemes in social housing throughout England, Scotland, and Wales.
Our aim is to work in partnership with Social Housing Providers to extend existing energy efficiency programmes, as well as helping schemes that would not be carried out without third party funding.
If you have an insulation or heating scheme, you may be able to gain funding from British Gas across a range of measures including:
- Loft/Cavity wall/solid wall insulation.
- Hot water tank jackets.
- Upgrading condensing boilers
- Radiator panels
- Community heating programmes
- Draught proofing
- Thermostatic radiator valves
- Fuel switching
